Precision Extrusion Engineering
Quality doesn't happen by accident. Our centralized hub in Malda, West Bengal, utilizes automated control systems to ensure that the density, thickness, and material composition of every pipe is mathematically perfect.

The Extrusion Lifecycle
From raw powder to hardened infrastructure.
1. Compounding
100% Virgin PVC resin is mechanically blended with specifically measured UV stabilizers and impact modifiers to create a homogenous dry blend.
2. Thermal Extrusion
The compound is pressure-fed through heated die-heads where dual-screws melt and compress the plastic, forming the continuous pipe structure.
3. Vacuum Sizing & Cooling
The hot pipe enters a vacuum calibration tank where chilled water perfectly sets the outer diameter and wall thickness to ISO tolerances.

- Zero Toxic Runoff: 100% closed-loop chilled water systems ensure no industrial water enters the local water table.
- Inline Recycling: Any pipe failing QC is immediately pulverized and re-compounded for non-pressure applications. Zero plastic waste hits landfills.
